Pinch points causing danger to be removed.

The pinch points in Dryden Road, Low Fell are causing danger to road users. The road is already very narrow with lots of parked cars and some motorists race to beat cars with priority coming the other way. Two poinch points in particularly have been badly sited, one very close to a bus stop and one near a bend in the road.
