Transport Consultation - Birtley Cycleway

The Council seeks your views on proposals to uplift pedestrian and cycling facilities in the area by widening footways, implementing new and improved crossing facilities at junctions and other key links where clear desire lines exist for pedestrians and cyclists.

The proposals include the introduction of segregated footways and cycleways, shared footway/cycleways, as well as raised tables at various junctions.
