Transport Consultation - Market Lane Swalwell Waiting Restrictions
Notice is hereby given that the Council propose to make the Borough Council of Gateshead (Market Lane Swalwell)(Waiting Restrictions) Traffic Regulation Order.
The proposed order will amend the Tyne and Wear County Council (The Metropolitan Borough of Gateshead) Traffic Regulation (Consolidation) Order 1982 as follows:
(a) In Schedule 25 'Prohibition of Waiting 8:00am to 6:00pm – Monday to Saturday' revoking item 43 Market Lane A6081, Swalwell – both sides, between its junctions with Hexham Road and Napier Road;
(b) In Schedule 19 'Prohibition of Waiting at Any Time' inserting the new items as set out in the Schedule below; and
(c) In Schedule 25 'Prohibition of Waiting 8:00am to 6:00pm – Monday to Saturday' inserting the following new item: Market Lane, South Side, between its junctions with Hexham Road and Napier Road.
