Transport Consultation - Modification Order Footpath Lamesley 33 at Kibblesworth

Notice is hereby given that on the 16 November 2022, the Council made The Borough Council of Gateshead (Footpath Lamesley 33) Definitive Map Modification Order 2022

The effect of the Order under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will be to modify the definitive map and statement by upgrading to a Bridleway the public right of way Footpath Lamesley 33. From Moormill Lane, point A on the order map, Grid Reference NZ24855680, Footpath Lamesley 33 proceeds in a southerly direction crossing over Bridleway Lamesley 72a and continues in a southerly direction to the edge of Beggardene Wood, point B on the order map, Grid Reference NZ24865572. It is approximately 1036 metres in length with a width of 3 metres as further described in the Notice below.
