Transport Consultation - Chowdene / Whickham North School Keep Clear Restrictions

Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Gateshead proposes to make THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF GATESHEAD (CHOWDENE / WHICKHAM NORTH GATESHEAD) (SCHOOLS KEEP CLEAR RESTRICTIONS) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2016.

The  effect of the proposed order is introduce:

1) School keep clear restrictions on the lengths of road listed in the attached Notice of Intention (schedule 1)

2) No waiting and no loading restrictions during Monday to Friday (inclusive) from 8am to 5pm on the lengths of road listed in the attached Notice of Intention (schedule 2)

3) No waiting at any time restrictions along the lengths of road listed in the attached Notice of Intention (schedule 3)

A copy of the Sealed Order, Notice of Making and a statement of the Council's reasons can be found below.

The Order was made on 4th August 2016 and will come into operation on the 12th August 2016.
