Transport Consultation - Waiting, Loading and Speed Restrictions in Gateshead
Notice is hereby given that on the 12th April 2016, the Borough Council of Gateshead made the 'WAITING, LOADING & SPEED RESTRICTIONS TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2016.
The effect of the order that comes into operation on the 18th April 2016 will:
1) Prohibit vehicles from waiting at any time in Curzon Place, Gateshead, except outside the loading only period stated in the loading bay referred to in point 2 (below).
2) Introduce a loading bay operating on all days between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm permitting loading to be carried out on the north west side of Curzon Place from a point 64 metres south west of its junction with Bottle Bank in a south westerly direction for 29 metres.
3) Incorporate Brack Terrace, Brack Terrace Back, South Parade Back and Hall Terrace in Bill Quay, Gateshead into the Bill Quay 20mph speed limit zone.
