Transport Consultation - Whitewell Lane Ryton

NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of Gateshead proposes to make 'THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF GATESHEAD (WHITEWELL LANE, RYTON, GATESHEAD) (WAITING AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2018.

The effect of the proposed Order will be to:-

Replace the existing 'limited waiting on all days between 8am - 6pm' restriction on sections of Whitewell Lane, Lane Head and Tower Gardens with a 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction;

Introduce no waiting at an time restrictions to part of Tower Gardens;

Remove a section of limited waiting restriction on Whitewell Lane;

Replace the existing No Waiting at Any Time restriction on Main Street Ryton with a 'No Stopping Except Buses' restriction; and

Extend the existing No Waiting restriction on Grange Road.
