Transport Consultation - High View Estate Blaydon - 20mph zone

Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Gateshead proposes to make THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF GATESHEAD (HIGH VIEW ESTATE, BLAYDON, GATESHEAD) (20MPH ZONE) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2018

The proposed will introduce a 20mph zone in 'High View, Shibdon', along the lengths of road listed in the following roads:-

All sections of the highways as described below and their associated side and back lanes:- Dunns Way, Brantwood Court, Cheviot Close, Crowley Gardens, Hawthorn Road, Haggerstone Mews, Park Avenue, Pickering Drive, Rockmore Road, Simonside Road, Springfield Road, Tynevale Avenue, Whitewell Road, Woodvale Road, Wallington Close, Gibsons Court, Rennison Mews, Low Mill Villas, Robinsons Drive, Massey’s View, Betsey Place, Dockendale Place, and Sycamore Road for their full lengths.  Maple Road from the junction with Massey’s View in a north easterly direction for 69 metres.

If you wish to object to the proposed Order you should complete the online survey attached to this consultation and submit it to the Council on or before 12th February 2018.

Notice is hereby given that on the 10th December 2018, The Borough Council of Gateshead made THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF GATESHEAD (HIGH VIEW ESTATE, BLAYDON, GATESHEAD) (20MPH SPPED LIMIT ZONE) TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2018

The effect of the order will come into operation on the 17th December 2018.  A copy of the sealed Order and Notice of Making can be found below.
