Sexual Health Service Review 2018
In April 2019, the Council will be renewing its contract for provision of a sexual health service in Gateshead. To ensure we get the best service possible, we want your views on what works well or not so well with the current service. The survey is open for anyone to complete, however, it is particularly designed for service users. Please be assured that your response is completely anonymous and we cannot identify who you are. Your response will be stored on our secure server and will only be used in combination with all other responses received to inform this service renewal.
The sexual health service is available at Trinity Square Health Centre, Dunston Health Centre, Wrekenton Health Centre, Blaydon Primary Care Centre, and Low Fell Clinic.
