Make Bensham Block Improvement Scheme Fit For Purpose
We, the undersigned, believe that the works carried out on homes in Bensham under the Gateshead Block improvement scheme, by Turney Wilde Construction are unfit for purpose, and are taking far longer to carry out than was agreed. We will not pay for works which have not only not improved, but in many cases caused damage to, these properties.

We urge Gateshead Council to:
• impel Turney Wilde to improve all works carried out in this area until they are of a suitably high standard;
• significantly lower all charges made by Gateshead Council for said works, as a concession to the inconvenience and disappointment caused to residents.
