The Green Chopwell Needs a safe Crossing

Residents of Chopwell expressed concerns over the speed of cars and safe crossing of Mill Road adjacent the row of shops (on the bend) at The Green.  The immediate area is that of children,elderly & families who need time to cross safely.Speeding has been an issue, as police have monitored with camera vans proving danger exists.The higher parts of Chopwell have received calming.To date; two children have been hit by cars on this road.
