Transport Consultation - Follingsby Lane - Waiting & Loading Restrictions Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that on the 12 January 2022, the Council made The Borough Council of Gateshead (Follingsby Lane Gateshead)(Waiting and Loading Restrictions) Traffic Regulation Order 2022.
The effect of the order will come into force on the 21 January 2022. A copy of the sealed order and notice of making can be found below.
The Order will revoke Part II of The Borough Council of Gateshead (Follingsby Lane, Follingsby, Gateshead) (Waiting, Loading and Speed Restrictions) Traffic Regulation Order 2020 and introduce:
- A prohibition of waiting at any time along the lengths of road set out in Schedule 1 below;
- A prohibition of waiting and loading at any time along the lengths of road set out in Schedule 2 below;
- A no right turn at Follingsby Lane into Follingsby Avenue;
- A no left turn at Follingsby Avenue into Follingsby Lane
