Following the most recent tenant satisfaction survey, Gateshead Council have been making improvements to the home repairs and maintenance service. 

The Council are now proposing to simplify the repair categories that tell you how long your repair should take to be completed. This consultation is to find out what our residents think, and how we can inform improvements further.
