Council Housing Repairs and Maintenance Policy

In August 2023 we consulted on Council housing repairs waiting times with Council tenants. In November 2023 we held a customer workshop to inform a draft update to the Repairs and Maintenance Policy. We are now going out to full consultation on that updated draft policy.
