Barley Mow Village Hall Survey

Hello, and thank you in advance for taking part in the Barley Mow Village Hall (to be referred to as BMVH hereafter) Survey.

The survey is being conducted by Brenda Gowland, who is a student at Newcastle College, the results of the survey will help Brenda with her college assignment and will also help inform future of activities offered at BMVH.

This survey is split into 3 different sections, with each section asking questions about various aspects of your knowledge or involvement in BMVH.  Your responses will be kept confidential.

The sections are as follows:

About you
This section asks questions about you so we can see if views vary across different groups and your current use of BMVH.

Use of the BMVH
This section asks questions about what you would like to see take place at the hall in the future and how much you would be prepared to pay for it.

Volunteering and Communication
This section asks questions about your view on volunteering and hearing about activities taking place at BMVH.

There are 12 questions in total for you to answer, and will take you between 5 and 10 minutes to complete. Please answer all questions honestly and if you have any suggestions or comments to make when prompted, please go into as much detail as you can.
