Digital Inclusion Survey (Gateshead Housing Company Tenants and Leaseholders)

The Gateshead Housing Company wants to gain a better understanding of internet access for tenants and leaseholders and in particular what this is currently used for. They would like to know what the barriers to going online can be for some people and what type of service they would like to access online from the company.

The results of this survey will help shape future activities based on the needs of tenants and leaseholders and inform content on the housing company website.

How you can get involved: 

Complete the online survey available at www.gatesheadhousing.co.uk/lets-get-digital-digital or come along to one of the events the Involvement Team will be at over the summer where they will be carrying out the survey directly with people. By completing this survey you will be entered into a prize draw to win a free tablet. The closing date is Wednesday 17 September 2014.
